   These terms define the conditions under which purchases are made on the website www.levboer.com, including the rights and obligations of both parties in the purchase of printed digital art.

3. Products
   The products sold on the site are original spiritual artworks, printed in limited or single editions on canvas, plexiglass, high-quality paper (Fine Art), aluminum, and more.
   Each artwork comes with a certificate of authenticity. Descriptions, dimensions, and printing materials are presented on the website as accurately as possible.
   Every order confirms the acceptance of the artwork's characteristics, including its unique and artistic nature.

4. Availability
   As the products are offered in limited or single editions, their availability is specified on the product page.
   In case of unavailability after an order has been placed, the customer will be notified by email and receive a full refund within 14 days.

5. Orders
   Orders are made exclusively through the website.
   The customer commits to providing accurate and truthful information. Placing an order constitutes agreement to these terms.

6. Prices
   Prices are displayed in NIS or Euros, including VAT.
   Shipping costs are shown separately during checkout.
   LEV BOER reserves the right to change prices at any time, but the charged price will be the one displayed at the time of order.

7. Payment
   Payment is made in full and immediately upon placing the order.
   Accepted payment methods include credit card, bank transfer, PayPal, or other secure means listed on the website.
   An order will be confirmed only once the payment is approved.

8. Shipping
   Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer during checkout.
   Delivery times vary depending on the destination.
   LEV BOER is not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies or force majeure.
   Any issues (such as damaged or missing items) must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.

9. Cancellations and Returns
   According to the law, a purchase may be canceled within 14 days of receiving the product, except in cases of custom or special orders — for which returns are not accepted.
   Since all artworks printed by LEV BOER are made to order, the right of cancellation does not apply.

10. Copyright and Intellectual Property
    All artworks, images, texts, and designs on the site are the exclusive property of Zohar Hadida – LEV BOER.
    It is forbidden to copy, reproduce, distribute, or use the content without prior written permission.

11. Privacy and Data Security
    Personal data collected during the order process is used solely for processing the order and communicating with the customer.
    This information will not be shared with third parties.
    The customer may request the deletion of their personal data at any time.

12. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
    These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
    In case of a dispute, an attempt will be made to resolve it amicably. If no agreement is reached, exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the competent court in Jerusalem.
